Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 pounds Leftover chicken; beef, Pork, or whatever, ground
2 cups Mayonnaise
1 cup Sweet pickle relish
2 Onions; chopped
3 Stalks celery; chopped
1 small Packet sliced almonds
2 tablespoons Capers

Directions

1. Grind meat through a coarse food blade.

2. Mix all ingredients together well. Refrigerate overnight.

3. Make into sandwiches or use as a spread on crackers.
