Trident's special health shake

Ingredients

1 | cup | Crushed Ice |
1 | cup | Yogurt |
¼ | cup | Honey |
2 | tablespoons | Raw Sugar |
1 | tablespoon | Wheat Germ |
½ | cup | Strawberries; Fresh, Or Frozen, Sliced |
½ | cup | Papaya; Fresh |
1 | Whole Cantaloupe; Cut Up | |
Fresh Mint Leaves |
Directions
1. In blender, combine half of all ingredients and blend until smooth. Turn into chilled pitcher.
2. Blend remainder of ingredients and add to pitcher. To serve, pour into chilled glasses. Garnish with mint.
