Ingredients

½ Cup; (100 g) paneer,cubed
; fine
Salt to taste
cup Fresh thick curd; beaten (80 ml)
¼ Tsp; (1 g) black pepper
; powder
2 slices Tinned pineapple; cubed fine 1/2 cup
; (100 g) tender
Coconut; cut into small
; pieces
1 teaspoon Butter; (5 g)
1 teaspoon Cornflour; (5 g)
½ cup Pineapple syrup; (120 ml)

Directions

FOR THE PINEAPPLE SYRUP

SOAK paneer cubes in salted hot water for five minutes. Drain off the water.

Melt butter in a pan. Dissolve cornflour in the pineapple syrup to a smooth paste and add to the pan. Stir well to avoid lumps. As it thickens, remove from heat. When cool, add curd, salt and pepper powder. Mix sauce with pineapple cubes and chopped coconut. Refrigerate till serving time.
