Tropical spinach salad

| 2 | Tomatoes; diced fine | |
| 2 | tablespoons | Dry-roasted pistachios; shelled |
Directions
1. Toss spinach, orange sections and carrot strips with Honey-Orange Vinaigrette.
2. Sprinkle with diced tomatoes and pistachios. Serve.
