Tropical spinach salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
12 ounces Fresh spinach; washed and stemmed
3 Navel oranges; peeled and
; sectioned
1 Whole carrot; cut lengthwise into
; strips
1 cup Honey-orange vinaigrette
2 Tomatoes; diced fine
2 tablespoons Dry-roasted pistachios; shelled

Directions

1. Toss spinach, orange sections and carrot strips with Honey-Orange Vinaigrette.

2. Sprinkle with diced tomatoes and pistachios. Serve.
