Trout elmere

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Celery; minced
1 tablespoon Olive oil
4 Strips anchovies
1 cup Seasoned bread crumbs
3 tablespoons Romano cheese; grated
½ Tomato; minced
1 Trout filet

Directions

Saut‚ minced celery in olive oil. Melt anchovies; add seasoned bread crumbs. Simmer until almost dry. Add grated Romano cheese. This is the Elmere dressing. Salt and pepper trout filet. Spread Elmere dressing on trout; roll. Broil in lemon butter sauce, adding minced tomato.
