Tuna egg salad

Ingredients

1 | can | Tuna in water -- 3 oz |
Drained and flakes | ||
¼ | cup | Chopped celery |
¼ | cup | Sweet pickles -- chopped |
3 | tablespoons | Light mayonnaise |
2 | teaspoons | Mustard -- prepared |
Directions
Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Spoon into tomatoes use as sandwich filling or serve with crackers. Yield: 3 serving. (1½ cups) Diabetic Exchanges: one serving equal 1 ½ meat, 1 vegetable: also 129 calories, 396 mg sodium, 86 gm cholesterol, 7 gm carbohydrate, 11 gm protein, 6 gm fat.
