Tuna souffle

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Mayonnaise
¼ teaspoon Garlic salt
teaspoon Pepper
4 tablespoons Flour
4 tablespoons Milk
cup Flaked tuna, drained
4 eaches Egg whites, well beaten
Pinch of thyme
Parmesan cheese

Directions

Mix together the first 4 ingredients; slowly add milk; then tuna.

Fold in beaten egg whites, then thyme. Pour into a well-buttered 2 quart souffle dish. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
