Turkey breast steaks with yellow bean sauce

50 | grams | Cashew nuts; (2oz) |
1 | 500 gram pac turkey breast steaks | |
1 | 200 g jar yellow bean sauce | |
75 | millilitres | Water; (3fl oz) |
Directions
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large frying pan and stir-fry the cashew nuts until they are golden brown, then remove them from the pan.
Heat the remaining oil and stir-fry the turkey breasts for 4-5 minutes until sealed on both sides.
Pour over the yellow bean sauce and water then continue cooking gently for a further 5-7 minutes.
Add the cashew nuts just before serving.
