1 | cup | Canned kidney beans, drained |
2 | eaches | Ribs celery, chopped |
3 | cups | Turkey or chicken broth |
1 | cup | Raw rice 4 oz. can green chiles |
2 | teaspoons | Chili powder |
1 | teaspoon | Cumin powder 6 oz. can tomato paste |
1 | teaspoon | Prepared mustard |

DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and cover and simmer, stirring occasionally until rice is tender, about 35 minutes. For thicker, richer chili, puree one small can of kidney beans in a blender or food processor and add to chili.
