Turkey chili adios

Ingredients

3 cups Cooked, minced turkey
1 medium Onion chopped
1 cup Canned kidney beans, drained
2 eaches Ribs celery, chopped
3 cups Turkey or chicken broth
1 cup Raw rice 4 oz. can green chiles
2 teaspoons Chili powder
1 teaspoon Cumin powder 6 oz. can tomato paste
1 teaspoon Prepared mustard

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and cover and simmer, stirring occasionally until rice is tender, about 35 minutes. For thicker, richer chili, puree one small can of kidney beans in a blender or food processor and add to chili.
