Turkey macaroni salad

Ingredients

cup Uncooked Elbow Or Spiral Macaroni; About 6 Ounces
10 ounces Frozen Green Peas; 1 Pkg
2 cups Cooked Turkey; Cut Up
¾ cup Cholesterol Free Reduced Calorie Mayonnaise Or Salad Dressing
½ cup Cheddar Cheese; Shredded, 2 Ounces
5 mediums Green Onions; Sliced, About
1/2 Cup
cup Sweet Pickle Relish
1 medium Celery Stalk; Sliced, About 1/2 Cup
3 cups Lettuce; Torn Into Bite Size Pieces, About 1/2 Medium Head

Directions

Cook the macaroni according to the package directions and drain.

Rinse with cold water and drain again. Rinse the frozen peas with cold water to separate and drain. Mix the macaroni, peas and remaining ingredients except the lettuce. Cover and refrigerate about 4 hours or until well chilled. Serve on the lettuce.
