Turkish pilaf

Ingredients

cup Brown rice
4 cups Water
2 tablespoons Almonds; slivered
2 tablespoons Pistachio nuts; shelled
¼ cup Dried prunes; chopped
¼ cup Dried apricot; chopped
1 teaspoon Cinnamon

Directions

Cook the brown rice in boiling water in a covered pot for 45 minutes.

Stir in remaining ingredients and serve warm.
