Ingredients

½ | cup | Butter |
2 | cups | Dry Curd Cottage Cheese |
2 | Eggs | |
½ | cup | Cracker Meal |
2 | cups | Flour |
2 | tablespoons | Sugar |
1 | dash | Salt |
Directions
Combine all ingredients. On a floured board, roll portions into cigar shapes, about 4-inches long. Drop half at a time into boiling water.
Cook 15 minutes, removed carefully with a slotted utensil to drain.
Serve sprinkled with sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter.
Makes 18 dumplings.
