Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 each Herring boned & skinned cut into 1\" diagonal pcs.
cup Red wine vinegar
½ cup Olive oil
2 teaspoons Sugar
2 teaspoons Dried dill chopped or -
2 tablespoons Dill fresh & chopped fine

Directions
