Upside down french toast

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 tablespoons Brown sugar
4 slices Bread
8 teaspoons Reduced calorie margarine
dash Salt
4 slices Unsweetened pineapple rings
1 cup Skim milk
4 Eggs
dash Cinnamon

Directions

Melt margarine in bottom of 8" baking dish. Arrange pineapple rings on bottom of dish and sprinkle brown sugar on top. Combine milk and eggs. Soak the bread in the egg-milk mixture, then put on top of the first ingredients. Pour remaining milk and eggs over the bread. Can be refrigerated overnight at this point. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 min. or til browned as desired. Serve with syrup.
