Ingredients

½ teaspoon Low fat margarine
¼ cup Chopped onions
¼ cup Chopped green peppers
½ Garlic clove; minced
cup Frozen okra and tomatoes
teaspoon Oregano
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper

Directions

Saute onion, pepper and garlic in margarine until tender. Combine remaining ingredients and cook 5 minutes or until bubbly, stirring frequently. Yield: 4 servings. This is an official 5 A Day recipe.
