1 | small | Jar tomato sauce and spices |
Any kind of noodle or rice | ||
About 1 c. water |
Directions
Slice vegetables and saute in olive oil for few minutes (5 no more than 10). Add tomato sauce and some water. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Add Parmesan. Serve over pasta and noodles.
