Vegetable pork stir-fry

Ingredients

¾ pounds Pork tenderloin, cut in strips
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
cup Mushrooms, fresh, sliced
1 large Green bell pepper, cut in strips
1 Zucchini, thinly sliced
2 Celery stalks, diagonally sliced
1 cup Carrots, thinly sliced
1 Garlic clove, minced
1 cup Chicken broth
2 tablespoons Soy sauce
tablespoon Cornstarch
3 cups Hot cooked rice

Directions

Brown pork strips in oil in wok or large skillet over high heat. Push meat to side of wok or skillet; add vegetables. Stir-fry vegetables approximately 3 minutes. Combine broth, soy sauce, and cornstarch; add to wok or skillet and cook until clear and thickened. Serve over hot rice.
