Ingredients

1 teaspoon Pickling Spice (rounded)
1 tablespoon Coarse Salt (rounded)
12 smalls Cucumbers
1 each Hot Pepper
1 each Celery Stalk; cut up
2 eaches Whole Garlic Cloves

Directions

VICTOR'S PICKLES

These pickles are easy to prepare. The hot pepper and garlic give them a wonderful taste.

Place al the ingredients into a freshly rinsed quart jar. Add water to cover and seal. Let stand at room temperature for 5 days. Refrigerate.
