Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 Cloves garlic, mashed
¼ teaspoon Allspice
¼ teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Salt
¾ cup Cider or wine vinegar
½ cup Water
1 dash Cumin (optional)

Directions

Marinate meat overnight, or up to 3 days. Drain meat, and pan fry or roast.
