Wauhatchie stump jumper's yellow carolina sauce:

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 cups Cider vinegar; (amber)
¼ cup Honey
¼ cup Cheap yellow mustard; (like French's, etc.)
4 tablespoons Brown sugar
4 teaspoons Salt
4 teaspoons Crushed red pepper flakes
2 teaspoons Black pepper; (coarse)

Directions

Here it is for those that would like to try it, about ½, to ¾ cup per butt. You don't want to over power the meat, just give it a hint of additional flavor.

Simmer all for 15, 20 minutes, DON'T BOIL!!! Stir constantly.
