Weber tangy barbeque sauce

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 tablespoons Butter
3 tablespoons Onion, chopped
½ cup Celery
2 tablespoons Granulated sugar
2 tablespoons Vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dry mustard
1 cup Ketchup salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Melt butter in a skillet. Saute onions and celery until tender. Add remaining ingredients and cook about 15 to 20 minutes so flavors blend. (Makes 1½ cups)
