Western's sweet 'n' sour stir-fry chicken

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
8 ounces Original, lite or fat free
Western French Dressing
1 can Crushed pineapple, undrained
(8 oz)
1 tablespoon Lite soy sauce
1 pounds Boneless, skinless chicken
Pieces, cut into strips
1 tablespoon Oil
1 large Green pepper, seeded and
Cut into chunks
1 bunch Green onions, thinly sliced
1 each Apple, cored and cut into
Chunks (Rome Beauty apple)
Cooked rice

Directions

Combine Western dressing, pineapple with juice, and soy sauce; set aside. Cook chicken strips in oil over high heat, stirring constantly, until no longer pink. Add green pepper and cook for 1 minute. Stir in dressing mixture and heat. Stir in green onions and apple, but do not cook. Serve over rice.
