¼ cup Whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 tablespoon Butter
1 tablespoon Dry milk; (Or Equiv Liquid
; Milk, Adj Water)
1 teaspoon Yeast
¼ cup Raisins
ounce Pecans; Crushed

Directions

This is for a 'medium' (1 lb) loaf for the Hitachi. The raisins and pecans are added after the first kneading, about 25 minutes into the cycle.
