White chocolate-topped fruit pizza

Brownie pizza crust (recipe below)
3 cups (to 4) fresh fruit in season; sliced
2 tablespoons Apricot jam; melted

Spread evenly on baked and cooled Brownie Pizza Crust. Top with an attractive assortment of sliced or cut-up fresh fruit and/or berries. To glaze brush with apricot jam. 2. Refrigerate until white chocolate mixture is set, about 3 to 4 hours. Cut into wedges to serve.

BROWNIE PIZZA CRUST

2 (1-oz) unsweetened chocolate squares 1 stick butter 2 eggs 1 cup sugar 1½ tsp vanilla extract ½ c flour 1. Preheat oven to 350 F. In a 1-qt glass bowl, combine chocolate and butter. Heat in microwave on High 1 to 1 ½ mins, or until melted and smooth when stirred. With a fork, beat in eggs, sugar, and vanilla until thoroughly blended. Add flour and blend well. 2. Spread batter evenly in a buttered 12-inch round pizza pan. Bake 10 to 12 mins.

Brownie crust should be moist. Do not overbake. Let cool.
