White radish relish

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Daikon; coarsely shredded (white Oriental radish)
2 mediums Green onions; thinly sliced
1 small Red chili pepper; seeded, finely chopped
2 tablespoons Rice vinegar
teaspoon Soy sauce
teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Canola oil
½ teaspoon Toasted sesame oil
¼ teaspoon Salt

Directions

This relish has a real kick; serve it with Korean Barbecued Beef and other mild foods. Combine daikon, onion and chili in a bowl. In another bowl combine remaining ingredients until sugar is dissolved. Pour over daikon mixture. Cover and chill up to 24 hours. Makes 16 servings.
