Whole wheat honey muffins

Ingredients

1 | cup | Each whole wheat and white flour |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
1 | tablespoon | Baking powder |
1 | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
2 | larges | Eggs |
⅓ | cup | Vegetable oil |
⅓ | cup | Honey |
¾ | cup | Milk |
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease muffin tins or line with paper baking cups. Sift together flours, salt, baking powder and cinnamon. In a seperate bowl, beat eggs. Add oil, honey and milk and mix well. Add liquid ingredients to dry and mix. Fill each muffin tin ⅔ full. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Make 12 muffins.
