Willingham's general dry rub

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 tablespoons Salt
1 tablespoon Black pepper; freshly ground
teaspoon Lemon pepper
½ teaspoon Onion salt
1 teaspoon Mild chili powder
½ teaspoon Dry mustard
2 tablespoons Brown sugar
teaspoon Garlic salt
1 tablespoon Citric acid; powdered (Ever-Fresh)
1 teaspoon White pepper

Directions

Combine ingredients and keep in a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid. Store in a cool dark place.
