Wine marinade a la maria nocole

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Lemon
¼ cup Dry white wine
2 Cloves garlic; crushed
1 tablespoon Dried oregano
1 Bay leaf; crumbled
White pepper; freshly ground
pounds Beef or lamb

Directions

Squeeze the lemon directly into a bowl. Whisk in the remaining ingredients, adding a liberal amount of pepper. Marinate the meat on both sides for a few hpurws or overnight. When ready to broil, drain the meat and baste with the reserved marinade while cooking.

Calories and nutrients are negligable. Do not have to count.
