1 Servings
Ingredients
Quantity | Ingredient | |
---|---|---|
1 | cup | Flour |
2 | tablespoons | Sugar |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
1½ | teaspoon | Baking powder |
½ | cup | Water |
1 | cup | Melted vanilla ice cream |
2 | Eggs, beaten | |
3 | tablespoons | Oil |
Directions
Combine dry ingedients in bowl. Combine liquids and mix with dry ingredients. Cook over medium heat until pancakes are bubbly on top and sides look dry. Flip and continue cooking until done, about 2 mins.
Cairn's notes: I've found this batter to be a bit runny so I usually omit the water unless I've doubled the recipe. For a scrumptious variation, add diced apples sprinkled with a bit of cinnamon to the batter. It tastes like creamy apple pie and the smell is wonderful.
