Zeno's italian broiled chicken

Ingredients

½ | Chicken* -- cut up | |
1 | Stick Butter | |
¼ | cup | Lemon Juice |
Salt And Pepper -- to taste | ||
1 | teaspoon | Sweet Basil |
2 | teaspoons | Chopped Parsley |
1 | tablespoon | Garlic -- freshly minced |
Directions
* 1 breast, 1 thigh, 1 leg, 1 wing Place chicken, skin side up, in a shallow baking dish. Pour melted butter and lemon juice over chicken and season with salt and pepper.
Place chicken under broiler and cook approximately 10-12 mins. Watch carefully to avoid burning. Turn chicken over and season with basil, parsley and garlic. Continue broiling and basting, turning chicken several times until done.
Remove chicken to hot platter. Discard most of the liquid in pan, but pour a little of the seasoning over the chicken. Garnish with lemon wedges to serve.
Makes 2 to 4 servings.
