Zesty shrimp - valentine's day

Ingredients

1 pounds Jumbo shrimp
¼ cup Dry white wine
2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
2 tablespoons Oyster sauce
2 Garlic cloves, minced
teaspoon Dried oregano
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
½ teaspoon Pepper

Directions

Peel and devein shrimp.

In bowl, combine wine, oil, lemon juice, oyster sauce, garlic, oregano, mustard and pepper. Add shrimp. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Drain, reserving 1/4C marinade. In skillet, heat reserved marinade over medium-high heat; cook shrimp, stirring for 4 minutes or until pink.
