Zucchini dip 2

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 small Zucchini
1 small Avocado
8 ounces Cream cheese
2 tablespoons Wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 tablespoon Dried parsley
¼ Onion
1 Clove garlic
Salt and pepper

Directions

Steam or microwave the zucchini until soft. Add all ingredients into blender and blend well.
