Zucchini wheat berry bars

« cup cooked wehat berries
2 teaspoons Baking powder
« tsp. baking soda
2 teaspoons Cinnamon
¬ tsp. grated nutmeg
¬ tsp. ground cloves

1 cup Buttermilk
¬ cup safflower oil
1 large Whole egg

1 cup Grated zucchini

Add the flour mixture to the liquid ingredients. Stir until just combined. 4. Spread the batter into the prepared pan. Bake 35-40 minutes or till a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
