Ingredients

| 1¼ | cup | Milk ***; (see note) |
| 3 | tablespoons | Honey |
| 2 | tablespoons | Shortening |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 2 | cups | White bread flour |
| 1 | cup | Whole wheat flour |
| ¾ | cup | 7-Grain Cereal |
| 2¼ | teaspoon | Yeast |
Directions
Put everything into the ABM pan according to your machine's directions.
Turn the machine on.
NOTES : 1¼ cups water and 1 ½ Tablespoons Powdered milk may be used instead of the fresh milk.
