Angel pecan pie 2

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 Egg whites (beat till stiff)
1 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Baking powder
½ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
1 cup Pecans (chopped)

Directions

Mix sugar, baking powder, salt and vanilla. Fold into egg whites.

Beat as you would for meringue. Mix Graham Cracker Crumbs and pecans and fold into egg white mixture. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 F.
