Royal pecan pie

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
Pecan Filling
1 cup King Golden Syrup
4 eaches Eggs, slightly beaten
¼ cup Brown sugar, packed
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 tablespoons Butter, melted
1 cup Pecans, chopped
Crunch Topping
3 tablespoons King white syrup
cup Brown sugar, packed
3 tablespoons Butter
cup Pecans halves

Directions

Mix all filling ingredients and pour into pie shell. Bake for 50-55 minutes at 350. Cover edge of pie shell for last 30 minutes.

Combine all topping ingredients in medium saucepan. Cook 2 to 3 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly. Spread evenly over top of pie for last 10 minutes of baking.
