Directions
Cut slashes in edge of a one-inch thick center-cut slice of ham. Mix 1 tsp. dry mustard with ¼ cup brown sugar and sprinkle on ham slice. Place in heavy skillet or baking pan. Pour on milk at side of ham slice until it barely reaches top. Bake, uncovered in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. For ready to eat ham, cut time in half. (Most milk should be absorbed by ham.
