Baked ham slice in sauterne

2 pounds Center cut ham slice
½ cup Brown sugar; firmly packed
3 tablespoons Cornstarch Water
1 tablespoon Margarine
½ cup Raisins
½ cup American sauterne; or other dry white wine

Directions

Preheat oven to 350~. Place ham in a shallow baking pan. Set aside.

Combine sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan. Stir in water and margarine. Place over med-high heat and cook, stirring constantly, 5 mins. Remove pan from heat and stir in raisins and wine. Pour the mixture over ham. Bake uncovered 45 mins. or until tender.
