Baked ham slice in sauterne

½ | cup | Brown sugar; firmly packed |
3 | tablespoons | Cornstarch Water |
1 | tablespoon | Margarine |
½ | cup | Raisins |
½ | cup | American sauterne; or other dry white wine |
Directions

Preheat oven to 350~. Place ham in a shallow baking pan. Set aside.
Combine sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan. Stir in water and margarine. Place over med-high heat and cook, stirring constantly, 5 mins. Remove pan from heat and stir in raisins and wine. Pour the mixture over ham. Bake uncovered 45 mins. or until tender.
