Banana orange oatmeal

1 | Banana, chopped | |
1 | teaspoon | Grated orange rind (opt.) |

1⅓ | cup | Quick-cooking rolled oats |
Pinch grated nutmeg |
Directions
In saucepan, bring orange juice, banana, orange rind (if using) and salt to boil; gradually stir in rolled oats. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute; remove from heat.
Stir in nutmeg; cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
