Banana rice bread (gluten free)

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
cup Rice flour
½ teaspoon Sea salt
1 tablespoon Baking powder
¼ pounds Butter; room temperature
cup Honey
2 Eggs
cup Bananas; mashed
½ cup Chopped nuts

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Generously butter a 9-inch loaf pan.

Combine rice flour, salt, and baking powder and set aside. In an electric mixer cream the butter and honey. Add the eggs and beat well. Blend in the bananas and the dry ingredients. Stir vigorously and add the nuts. Pour mixture into the pan and bake 1 hour, or until the bread test done.
