Barbecue chili sauce

Ingredients

¾ | cup | Onion, finely chopped |
¾ | cup | Green pepper, finely chopped |
4 | Garlic cloves, finely choppe | |
6 | tablespoons | Butter or marjgarine |
4 | cups | Canned tomatoes |
¾ | cup | Red wine |
¾ | cup | Bouillon |
1½ | tablespoon | Salt |
¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
1½ | tablespoon | Chili powder |
1½ | tablespoon | Cornstarch |
1½ | teaspoon | Sugar |
Directions
Cook onions, green peppers and garlic in butter until so Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce he until thickened, stirring constantly. Cover and simmer longer. Serve with hotdogs, ham, pork, and spareribs.
