Barnegat light tilefish

Ingredients
Quantity | Ingredient | |

1 | pounds | Tilefish steaks; about 1-in thick |
⅓ | cup | Lo-cal Italian dressing |
1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
¼ | teaspoon | Paprika |
Directions
Place fish in shallow baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over fish. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes, turning once.
Remove fish, reserve marinade for basting. Place fish on a lightly oiled grill, 4-6 inches from moderately hot coals. Cook for 4-5 minutes. Baste, turn and cook 4-5 minutes longer or just until fish flakes easily (Or microwave on high about 3 minutes. Allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving)
