Tilefish with orange grape sauce

2 pounds Tilefish fillets
2 cups Boiling water
2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Salt
ORANGE GRAPE SAUCE

Directions

Cut fish into serving sized pieces; place in well greased 10" skillet. Add boiling water, lemon juice & salt; cover & simmer 8-10 minutes. Carefully remove fish to warm platter; serve with Orange Grape Sauce.
