Basic cheese puff breakfast

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
5 slices Bread; cubed
½ pounds Sharp cheese; grated
2 cups Milk
3 Eggs
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Dry mustard
1 pounds Sausage; fried, drained, crumbled
2 cups Ham; cubed
2 cups Shrimp; coarsely chopped
Mushrooms
Chilies
Worchestershire sauce

Directions

ADD 1 OF FOLLOWING ADDITIONS

OPTIONAL EXTRAS

Mix bread cubed and cheese and place in a buttered, 9x9-inch baking dish. Mix the remaining ingredients, including meat or shrimp and any extras, and pour over the bread and cheese. Cover and let sit in the refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until set and golden brown on top. Serves 6-8.
