Directions

SET OVEN TO BROIL. BROIL BREAD UNTIL BROWN ON ONE SIDE. BLEND CHEESE, EGG, AND SALT. SPREAD OVER UNTOASTED SIDE OF THE BREAD. BROIL UNTIL CHEESE IS BUBBLES.
