Basic vinaigrette^

Ingredients

¼ cup Red wine or rice vinegar
½ cup Water
4 teaspoons Apple juice concentrate
¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
¼ teaspoon Onion powder
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Tamari or low sodium soy
Sauce
½ teaspoon Dijon mustard, no salt
Added
1 dash Red pepper, optional

Directions

Combine and shake to mix. Store in refrigerator.
