Batter fried flounder

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¾ cup Flour
2 tablespoons Corn starch
¼ teaspoon Baking soda
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Sugar
teaspoon Baking powder
¾ cup Water

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Dip fish fillets one at a time and fry .
