Batter fried flounder

2 | tablespoons | Corn starch |
¼ | teaspoon | Baking soda |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
¼ | teaspoon | Sugar |
⅛ | teaspoon | Baking powder |
¾ | cup | Water |
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Dip fish fillets one at a time and fry .
