1 pounds Turkey; ground
1 large Onion; diced
2 Cl Garlic; minced
1 cup Bell peppers; chopped
2 cups Stewed tomatoes
1 cup Kidney beans; cooked
½ teaspoon Chili powder; or to taste

Directions

Recipe by: Cooking For Good Health Preparation Time: 0:15 Preheat oven at 350. Prepare a 1-½ quart baking dish with cooking spray. Brown meat in a medium-size skillet until no pink remains; drain off fat. Add onion, garlic, peppers, tomatoes and cook 10 minutes. Add beans and chili powder. Spoon mixture into sprayed baking dish. Cover and bake 1-½ hours. Remove cover. Bake 20 minutes more. Serve hot.
