Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 cups Milk
3 Egg yolks
3 tablespoons Sugar
1 tablespoon Flour
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Directions

Put milk in double boiler, heat to lukewarm. Mix sugar, eggs and flour. Add milk, stirring constantly until mixture coats spoon. Remove from heat, cool and refrigerate.
