Cheese custard #1

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
6 Eggs; very lightly beaten
1 cup Milk
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Dry mustard
1 cup Grated mild cheddar cheese
1 can Mushroom soup
½ cup Milk (scant)
¾ cup Mushroom pieces & stems
5 tablespoons Grated mild Cheddar

Directions

SAUCE

Beat together eggs, milk, salt, mustard & 1 cup Cheddar cheese. Place in greased casserole & set casserole in a pan of water; bake at 325-350 oven about 45 minutes. Heat sauce ingredients together & serve cheese custard with sauce served in separate container.
